We ask that you occupy the unit in a quiet and dignified manner, protecting its contents against damage, loss, or theft and obey all rules and regulations that may apply. Please vacate the unit at the time and date indicated below, unless the term is extended by agreement by the owner. Telephone service is provided for your convenience. Long distance calls must be charged to your telephone calling card or major credit card.
Check-in Time: After 1:00 PM
Check-out Time: Before 11:00 AM
Security Deposit: A credit card is required and will be kept on file up to sixty (60) days after your departure. Any unauthorized long-distance telephone charges and service fees, damages, replacement of keys, lost pool tags, excess electricity usage or extraordinary cleaning expenses can be charges to your card. We will always contact you before any charges are placed on your card. Liability for damages is not limited to amount of deposit received.
All funds payable in U.S. currency by cashiers check, money order, or credit card only. Full payment must be received at least thirty (14) days prior to occupancy in order to guarantee accommodations.
11% tax, cleaning fee, and parking fee will be added to above.
